There are many films and T.V series that deal with relationships among neighbours. Have you watched Friends, La que se avecina, La comunidad, The rear window? Think about it. Watch this video to get inspired. See how the same behaviour of someone singing might be seen as something annoying or as something good. What is your relationship with your neighbours?
